Yoga Teacher Training 2011
The Gardens of Yoga is a Yoga Alliance approved
200 hours teacher-training program. We offer one of
the most classical, comprehensive and transformational
yoga teacher trainings in the country. The course
will expand the student's own practice and knowledge
with or without the desire for certification.
The Gardens of Yoga teacher training is a flexible
program. The curriculum is structured as monthly
workshops, based in Tampa, Florida. Students
pay for their individual workshop and a small registration
fee.
This program is an affiliation of Svastha Yoga and
Ayurveda Organization, established by our teachers,
the Mohan's. The meaning of the word "Svastha" in
Sanskrit refers to the state of complete health and
balance. In this context, our teacher-training program
provides profound methods for living and teaching Yoga.
A.G.Mohan was a
deciple
for 18 years of the legendary master of Yoga Sri
T. Krishnamacharya.
Gardens of Yoga
represents the same authentic and in-depth method of Yoga.
